6 Week Challenge

If you’re looking for a launch pad towards a summer body then join our 6-week Challenge which starts on Monday, August 6th.

You can join the Challenge by picking one of two options:

  1. Just the sessions (x12) $100
  2. Package outlined below for $145.

Smart Analysis

At the beginning and end of the Challenge all participants will have a comprehensive body scan by Smart Analysis. At your first scan you will receive a booklet which explains how and what the scan does. Following the scan the staff member scanning you will run through what the results mean so you can see exactly where you are at and how much you have improved.

Sessions

The Challenge session are on the Monday & Wednesday of each week of the Challenge. Each hour long session will involve aerobic, anaerobic, body weight and functional exercises with the intention of taking you through an intense all over body workout. The sessions are available for all ability levels with intensities and progressions adapted to the needs of the individual.

All Access Gym Membership (8 Weeks)

The membership will give you access to the gym and Group Fitness classes. You will also receive a fob that gives you access outside of staffed hours. Take advantage of our new interactive MATRIX cardio equipment, watch Netflix/YouTube/Hulu whilst you walk, run, cycle, step!

Personalised Gym Program

You will receive a personalised gym program from one of our team that you can use for 1, 2 or 3 visits per week. You will meet the trainer for an initial Health Planning Session where they will meet with you to find out what your goals are and what your health history is. The trainer will then create you a program and meet you in a Program Show session where they take you through each resistance training, aerobic training and core strengthening exercises in your program.

Challenge Booklet

Our Challenge booklet introduces our Challenge, gives you an outline on how much exercise you should be doing each week and a nutritional guide to base you’re shopping and eating on. The booklet is also where your activity and points are recorded.

Points System

The point system is run for 6 weeks alongside the Challenge. You can accumulate points in various ways such as visiting the gym, attending gym sessions/classes, etc. Points mean prizes but the more you have the better your prize!

Support

You will receive support from our team within staffed hours. If you are unsure about any aspect of your training please come and speak to us.

Optional Add-On

We would like to offer all Challenge participants the opportunity to purchase a personalised Nutritional Plan for just $99. The plan will be personalised based on the foods you like and the goals you want to achieve.
