I have always been passionate about fitness and health, I’ve been working in the industry for 5 years. I really enjoy helping others to achieve their goals and do things they never thought was possible. My hobbies are BMX Racing and Women’s Football, in my spare time I enjoy doing fun runs and events like True Grit, Colour Run, Undies Run and Operation Blackhawk just to name a few.
