My love for sport and helping people led me to become a personal trainer over a year ago. In this time I have taught a range of personal training clients and classes including, Functional training, TTB, HIIT and bootcamps. Throughout my life I have played a wide range of sports which range from softball, netball, football and tennis with also completing true grit. I specialise in helping clients to set and achieve goals to help them progress with their training. I have a passion for pushing the training limits, while having fun.
