Background

I have been working as a Personal Trainer for almost four years. Prior to that, I have been involved in the fitness industry as a competitive bodybuilder for over four years and have been studying nutrition and food science for a bachelor’s degree. Fitness has always been a passion. I played competitive sports that included football, basketball, tennis and hockey before fully moving into body building to which hard work and discipline has been implemented. I figured if I could transform my physique from the knowledge I gained over the years, why not help people that have fitness goals.

 

Qualifications and Courses Completed

Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness and Personal Training
Nutrition and Food Science

 

Specialties

Body building and strength and power lifting.

 

Top Tip

Try to keep consistently active, even if it’s a walk or a light jog and monitor diet frequently.
