I have worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at a women’s specific gym for the last 5 years. There, I lead one-on-one personal training sessions, functional group training, boxing and a variety of outdoor bootcamp programs. My focus is to help members improve their strength and stamina while developing a healthy, flexible attitude to exercise and lifestyle. I want to help people achieve their goals so they can feel the benefits of investing themselves. I’m currently studying a degree in podiatry, and enjoy resistance training, cycling and have completed a few outdoor obstacle events including Tough Mudder.
