I have been a qualified personal trainer for over 10 years; I decided to study fitness after high school due to my background in dancing. The industry has allowed me to travel the world by working as the fitness director on board international cruise ships. I have also worked for approximately 5 years at a women’s gym in Adelaide, where I taught group exercise and one on one personal training. Through this I have developed a thorough understanding on how to train women to get the best results helping them to become fitter, stronger and leaner.
I currently love cycling, running and swimming and train for triathlons, having competed in numerous events in South Australia. I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and love to share my knowledge and help motivate others to achieve their goals.
