I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the past year, with both of my positions being at women’s gyms. I have conducted one-on-one sessions, group sessions and fitness classes including beginners, functional fit, and kickboxing. I enjoy focusing on building strength as well as helping to mould positive attitudes towards incorporating health into your everyday lifestyle. I enjoy horse riding, boxing and hiking.
