The Fitness Hub are offering a Boot Camp from January 13 to February 21 for just $109. Sessions will be held Monday and Friday 7:15am – 8:00am, and Wednesday 5:30pm – 6:15pm.
These sessions will be high intensity group sessions.
The Boot Camp also gives you access to all Fitness Hub Group Fitness classes as well as general gym use for the duration of the Boot Camp!
Participants will also receive a 60 minute resistance gym program, which a trainer will go through in a 30 minute session, and a nutrition seminar and guide from one of our personal trainers Kwame Duah.
