HIIT

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a combo class blending Aerobic & Anaerobic training with Body Weight exercises. This class not only improves your endurance but enables you to improve your all over body strength.

 

North Terrace Campus – Monday and Thursday 5.30pm class is 1 hour & Saturday 11.15am class is 45 minutes.

Roseworthy Campus – 1 hour class.
