Open to Adelaide University Students, Staff and Graduates as well as the general Adelaide community, The Fitness Hub offers a safe, friendly and well equipped gym environment and we’re continually striving to improve our services to you. With different membership categories to choose from, we offer our members options tailored to their fitness style and budget. Every new member receives a complimentary fitness consultation and facility induction with one of our trained staff.
Each new member must buy a Membership card/Access Pass for $20. The card is non-refundable & must be swapped for an active card when you renew your membership. If you lose your card the cost to replace the card is $20.
The All Access membership gives you Unlimited Access to the Gym & Group Fitness (booking essential) as well as unlimited access to the gym during opening hours. Commit to a 12 month membership and receive a FREE health check and personalised program every 8 weeks with a trainer of your choice.

The Fitness Hub will be closed on Public Holidays and opening times may change over the Christmas and New Year period.
Our weights rooms offer a large variety of pin loaded equipment, a deadlift platform and free weights up to 60kgs perfect for strength-endurance training for all levels and budding body builders alike. In between the cardio and free weights area we have a triple cell giving members 6 stations where you can Squat or Press!
Working out at a new gym can be intimidating, so for females who prefer a little privacy we offer a women’s only area, complete with Cardio equipment, free weights, a cable machine and conditioning equipment.
Classes are held in our Movement Room and refurbished Spin Room within The Fitness Hub or in the Irene Watson Room located on the North West Corner on Level 5, Union House, just on the other side of the Uni Bar.
Our Group Fitness Timetable is well balanced with a great variety of classes. Our classes are available for all ability levels, simply discuss your experience with the instructor prior to the class!
