The Fitness Hub was established in 2003 as a combined effort of The Adelaide University Sports Association, Adelaide University Union and the University of Adelaide.With the space behind the Games Room on Level 5, Union House fitted out, equipment purchased and staff supplied and trained, the Fitness Hub opened on March 12th 2003.The Fitness Hub has continued to grow at a rapid rate resulting in today's high member numbers and increasing health and fitness services being provided to students, staff and the Adelaide community.
I have been working in the fitness industry for over four years now, mainly at a sport and recreation centre.
