I have always been passionate about fitness and health and I’ve been working in the industry for five years. I really enjoy helping others to achieve their goals and do things they never thought were possible. My hobbies are BMX racing and women’s football. In my spare time I enjoy doing fun runs and events like True Grit, Colour Run, Undies Run and Operation Blackhawk just to name a few.
