Summer Bodies are Made in Winter – 6 Week Program

Join us for a 6-week program from May 7th – June 13th

Continue your new year’s resolution with our Summer Bodies 6-week program. Each hour-long HIIT based session will increase your endurance & will give you an all over body work out.

Timetable:

  • Monday & Wednesday 7.15am-8.15am
  • Tuesday 5.15pm-6.15pm

Choose from two options:

  1. 18 sessions for $200
  2. 18 sessions plus an All-Access membership & personalised gym program for $250.

(All Access gives you access to the gym & Group Fitness classes throughout the program)

Located at The Fitness Hub North Terrace.
