Learn correct technique and how to build a firm body with muscle definition and shape, whilst burning fat and increasing your metabolism.

Maximum of 10 participants with sole use of the gym!

ONLY $75 for 3 x 1.5 hour sessions

4.00pm-5:30pm

  • Saturday May 5th — Chest & Back
  • Saturday May 12th — Arms & Abs
  • Saturday May 19th — Legs and Glutes
